What if I don't live in St. Louis?
Please join us if you can! The event is being held in a very vibrant part of St. Louis! We don't currently have a block of rooms for out of town guests but stay tuned via email for updates! We recommend the following hotels though:
The Hampton Inn & Suites Forest Park
The Moonrise Hotel
The Marriott Grand Downtown
The Four Season Downtown
The Angad Arts Hotel - Grand Blvd
How accessible is parking?
There will be free parking on the 4220 parking lot directly across from The Chocolate Pig!
Is this kid friendly?
Absolutely. We invite youth ages 8-17! Unfortunately we can't accommodate children any younger than that.
What should I wear?
This is a formal event and your chance to dress your best for the red carpet! Attire celebrating African culture is also welcomed! No jeans, t shirts encouraged!
Will I receive a ticket to print?
No need to kill trees! Bring your handheld device and show your email and/or have ID ready to match with your name at check - in!
Are tickets refundable?
No refunds. You can gift to someone who can attend if you cannot!
Can I sponsor a ticket/table for someone else?
Absolutely! Once you make your purchase, please email Winnie Caldwell at info@booksnbros.com with receipt and to whom you'd like to gift it to or if that decision is up to Books N Bros.
